Experience the magic of creativity in a whole new way with Artcvibes. Our Mobile Paint Party brings all the fun to your desired location! We offer many event options for all ages birthdays, team buildings, bachelorette party, baby shower, or any occasion. We can bring set up to any desired venue, indoor or outdoor, casual or formal. Artcvibes will transform your venue into an art studio for your guests. Customize your mobile paint party by selecting a canvas painting for the featured artwork. Our experienced artists will take you through a painting of your choice step-by-step. No experience necessary! It is easy, fun, and all your guests will go home with a fabulous painting and experience.
With over 100 artworks to choose from in our collection, picking the painting will be the hardest part! We have designs for all ages and styles. We can also create a custom painting for your group if you like.Includes:

How does it work?
How long is the Event?
Our Private Events are 90 min to 2-hours long; our great artist(s) will arrive at your location 20-45 minutes before the event start time to set up.
What does it Include?
Our Private Events include 2-hour step-by-step( time can change depending on requests) instruction for one painting and all the painting utensils required, including disposable aprons.
What do I need to provide?
We only require you to provide tables and chairs for your guests, as well as access to a water source for set up and cleaning (Music, snacks, and drinks are not included).

For locations outside our service range, there may be a fee (waived for parties of 20 or more) to cover the cost of travel and all the setup that’s involved in bringing this super fun painting experience to your doorstep!

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Public Events
It is Artcvibes policy to allow all guests to have a fantastic experience. While there are no Refunds, our guests will be given a credit towards an event or class if cancellation is done 24 hours before the event.
You will NOT be given a credit if you fail to show or if cancellation is NOT done 24 hours before the event.
Artcvibes reserves the right to cancel, postpone and change a class in unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees are refunded when the class is canceled by our studio. There are no refunds on Gift Certificates.
Private Events
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, a minimum of one week (7 days) notice is required.
If cancellation is done within the allotted time, the reservation deposit and any reserved seats will be given a studio credit towards an event or class. This credit will not expire and can be used for an event in the future or given as a gift. If you are paying for the entire event and paid 50% of the event and canceled within the allotted time, you will be given a studio credit for the 50%. If you fail to give notice within the allotted time, $75.00 cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance given as a studio credit.
If you fail to give us at least one week (7 days) notice from your scheduled event date, your RESERVATION DEPOSIT OF $60.00 will be NOT BE CREDITED TOWARDS ANY EVENT OR CLASS NOR WILL IT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU. If your guests don’t show up for any reason, please understand that you have a minimum number to meet and the total balance remains despite of guest changes.
